Dear Residents,

Please be advised that Currier Ridge will be conducting another Bulk Pickup Project beginning Thursday, May 28^th and continuing through Monday, June 1st (5 days total).

Two (2) 30-yard dumpsters will be placed in the following locations for resident use:
From Buildings 6 and 8
From Buildings 14 and 15

Permitted Items Include:

• Mattresses and box springs
• Furniture
• Rugs (must be rolled up like a log)
• Household appliances (washers, dryers, air conditioners, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, toasters, lamps, microwaves) Note: State law requires the removal of air-tight doors on refrigerators and other applicable appliances.
• Light and heavy iron goods
• Metal items
• Remodeling, construction, and demolition debris
• Plumbing fixtures, sinks, and pipes
• Branches, grass, leaves, tree stumps, rocks, sand, and dirt
• Computers, televisions, and other electronics

Not Permitted Items Include:

• Paint
• Motor oil
• Chemicals

As a reminder, please be sure to place all items inside of the dumpsters – please do not leave them outside.
