Dear Unit Owner:

Following this morning’s inspection of the community grounds and affected units which reported damages from the Frontier Project, we have been informed that Frontier will commence immediate restoration efforts starting today, April 17th and it is anticipated to be ongoing for the next 5 consecutive days, weather permitting.

For those who have patio enclosures, please keep gates unlocked to allow for crew members to perform repairs.

To ensure that the Association is aware of all post installation damages, we are advising unit owners report to the Manager any deficiencies in writing by no later than Thursday, April 24th, via email to Tasha Woodford at [email protected].

We ask that you include your name, unit #, a photo of the area of concern, and a phone # for you to be reached.
