Dear Resident:
Frontier has asked us to grant them access to the rear patio gates starting the
week of March 31st to install a fiber demarcation box on the exterior siding of
each unit. It will be from this exterior box that the installation into the unit will
be drawn from when a unit owner subscribes for service from Frontier.
We anticipate that it will take approximately 3-5 weeks to leave the patio gates
unlocked and understand that it may pose a safety concern to residents so please
plan accordingly.
